Latté Steam Wand How to Adjust Espresso Volume? - Start and preheat the espresso machine (when the light is not flashing). - Press and hold the 1 or 2 Cup button you want to adjust for 3-5 seconds. - When it reaches your desired volume, press the 1 or 2 Cup button again, and the machine will remember this volume. Reset Default: Turn off the machine, but do not unplug. Then press and hold the 1 Cup and Steam button for 3-5 seconds. How to Use the Steam Function? - Press the Steam button to enter steam mode, turn the knob ON for 3 seconds to release cooled water droplets in the wand, then turn it to OFF. - Press the steam button again, place whole milk under the steam wand and then turn the knob ON. - When the desired temperature or milk foam is reached, turn the knob OFF. - Use a wet cloth to wipe and push back the steam wand, then turn it ON for 3 seconds to release any milk left in the wand.
