How to Cool Down the Machine? Turn the knob on the side of the machine to the WATER position to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds, and then return the knob to the OFF position. When the boiler is cooled down, you can brew the coffee again. Please do not brew coffee immediately after frothing milk.

How to Stop Beeping? Turn the knob back to the OFF position. Then the machine will stop beeping and work normally.

How to Pump Water? Re-install the water tank 2-3 times. Turn on the machine and turn the steam knob to the WATER position to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds. Then return the steam knob to the OFF position.

How to Set the Volume? You can set the volume of the 1 cup and 2 cup according to your needs. When the desired amount is reached, press the 1/2 CUP button. You are done with the volume setting for a 1/2 cup. Reset the default volumes: Simultaneously press and hold the 1 CUP and 2 CUP buttons for 3 seconds to restore to default dispensing amounts.

Is there any tips for making milk foam? 1.Use cold whole milk. 2.Please keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.

How to get the ideal pressure? If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

I pressed "2 cup" button for a few moment but no water is flowing out, why? Please make a first use cycle according to user guide. Also, this problem may caused by the water tank is not be placed properly, please remove the tank and install it again for a few times.
